We are happy to accept a return if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased. Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit. Simply request to return these item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange of size, or a credit note, but not a refund.
Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and associated designer packaging.
Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and all details of the item(s) you wish to return and why.
You will be emailed a Returns Authorisation Number to include on the post satchel when you return your order.
Please note that for returns the customer is responsible for returning the product/s and the shipping charges associated with this, unless the item is faulty
If you wish to exchange your order, please contact us by email and we will arrange this for you.
Each order is meticulously checked by our packing team prior to being dispatched, however in the rare instance you receive the incorrect item or a damaged one please contact us immediately providing imagery of the issue, and the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.
