How do I reach Harriet + Kay for customer service for enquiries?

Our Customer Care team are available to answer your questions 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday AEST. If you contact us outside of this time, please allow 48 hours for a response.


Do you have a physical store and can I pick up my order?

Our Dubbo retail space will be opening mid August 2021, and we will have in-store collection available from this time onward. In the meantime, we are online-only.


When will my purchase be shipped?

Domestic orders made before 2pm AEST are dispatched that day.

International orders are processed within 24 hours.

*During any sale periods delivery times may be extended.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Harriet + Kay accepts payment via PayPal,, Visa, MasterCard & Afterpay (for Australian orders).

How do I return or exchange an order?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for a detailed description of our return and exchange policies and processes. You have 7 days to contact us regarding your wish to return an item (s). Email us at harrietandkayboutique@gmail.com

 

How do I return or exchange a gift?

We offer size exchanges or store credit for gift returns. Please contact us with information you may have on the original order.

How do I buy a gift card?

Gift Cards can be purchased at www.harrietandkay.com. Gift Cards are available in AUD only and expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Choose to have the voucher emailed directly to the receiver as an e-card, have it sent to yourself or email harrietandkayboutique@gmail.com.  if you prefer to receive a physical gift card.
